Refund and Shipment Policy
1. We ship our products once the payment is confirmed.
2. We use third-party shipping services to ship the items across India (Indian Post). We ship the products within a day or max two working days. Item is expected to be delivered within 8 to 14 Working days. Slight delays are to be expected in case of contingency.
3. Slight variation in color might occur due to mobile photography.
4. REFUND OR RETURN/REPLACEMENT will be provide in case of damaged products only and that should be with proof the customer has to record a video of the product package if its damaged before unboxing then only the refund/return will be applicable.
Important note : The customer cannot claim a return without an unboxing video. If there is any damage, it must be clearly shown in the unboxing video.
Return period : within 48hrs (After receiving the parcel & Only before using the product ). Refund will be processed fully within 5 days and will be credited back to source account.
5. Color loss might occur for Kurtis depending on the material during the first wash.
6. Once the order is received, it cannot be cancelled.
The same return policy is applicable for WhatsApp and Instagram orders.
